How Do I Pay?
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. We accept cash, cheque, interact and Visa/MasterCard.
What time does your team arrive?
While we cannot give an exact time of arrival we do offer a 1 hour arrival windows for your convenience.
Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
If one of your routine cleanings falls on a holiday you will be contacted and have the option for us to come in the next day.
Are pets ok being in the home during a cleaning service?
Yes. All of our staff are pet-friendly but If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area.

Maid Only For You Cleaning Inc accepts payment on the day of service. We accept CASH, CHEQUE, INTERACT, VISA & MASTERCARD.
If you need to cancel this must be done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or a $50 fee will apply. This helps keep our schedule full for our employees. We appreciate your understanding.
Please inform us within 24 hrs if not satisfied with your service and we will happily come back and re-clean the area that you were dissatisfied with.
